Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute technical activities based on standard assembly procedures, guidelines, and handbooks.
  • •Ensure milestone progress is met at the end of each shift and drive milestone progress across shifts and cabins.
  • •Lead own cabin team and represent the team for technical matters during the shift.
  • •Coordinate and/or execute manufacturing activities, monitor/supervise production, and solve technical problems according to established procedures.
  • •Manage materials/tools and ASML products (request, receive, check, store, distribute) and maintain required documentation, reports, and quality/EHS checks.

Key Requirements

  • •Secondary vocational education with substantial experience or a Bachelor degree with limited experience.
  • •Hands-on experience, preferably with mechanical and/or electrical parts using precision tools.
  • •Ability to work under distant supervision, handle exceptions using methods and precedents, and assist with prioritization and planning.
  • •Knowledge of the build and/or system process and contributing to solving technical issues and improvement initiatives within own expertise.
  • •Customer-facing courtesy and tact when requesting or providing information.
