Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and drive execution of a key product area within Money Flows, defining the why/what/how.
  • •Align feature development with long-term product vision, balancing technical debt and experimentation.
  • •Manage the product backlog and achieve defined success metrics through the full development cycle.
  • •Translate regulatory changes/rulebooks into money flows and gather client feedback into clear requirements.
  • •Communicate feature updates, decisions, and trade-offs; resolve stakeholder queries and support onboarding/mentoring of junior team members.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Accenture or Big4, working on financial services or payments transformation projects.
  • •Minimum 2 years in Fintech or banking, working in the payment chain.
  • •Minimum 2 years of product experience in a Fintech, successfully launching and scaling complex, regulated financial products.
  • •Strategic product leadership with comfort owning day-to-day decision-making and driving execution with minimal supervision.
  • •Deep familiarity with payment networks and schemes, including SWIFT, SEPA, and/or FPS APIs implementation.
