Key Responsibilities

  • •Train, coach, and supervise work/response cell personnel replicating command structures during Warfighter Exercises.
  • •Instruct teams on WARSIM Battle Space Workstation (BSWS) and JLCCTC and provide technical guidance on CPCE and CPOF.
  • •Support Exercise Control and Database teams with system files for training events and collaborate with OC/Ts and S-33 for unit training events and operational planning.
  • •Conduct database reviews and simulation platform testing prior to WFXs; oversee work cell operations to ensure simulation realism.
  • •Resolve simulation anomalies, implement workarounds for combat functionality gaps, generate work cell reports for AAR development, and provide feedback for contractor exercise AARs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science required; Master’s preferred.
  • •2+ years of related experience.
  • •Complete Intermediate Level Education (ILE/MEL4) or Sergeants Major Course graduate equivalent.
  • •Security clearance level: Secret required to start.
  • •Demonstrated tactical and technical proficiency within Warfighting Function (WfF), plus familiarity with current Army and Joint regulations and publications.
