Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters across global operations functions, setting high standards for performance, candidate experience, and partnership quality.
  • •Personally lead end-to-end searches for senior and/or executive-level roles within Global Operations from intake through offer and close.
  • •Advise senior business leaders by translating hiring needs into executable recruiting strategies and owning team goals, metrics, and reporting.
  • •Drive recruiting lifecycle operational rigor—intake, sourcing strategy, pipeline management, offer execution, and closing—for both the team’s requisitions and personal searches.
  • •Build cross-functional relationships and resolve pipeline escalations, partnering with Finance, Employee Experience, Compensation, HR Business Partners, and Legal to ensure compliant hiring across markets.

Salary: USD 160,000 - 200,000

Key Requirements

  • •9+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including personally leading senior-level searches, with at least 2 years managing and developing a recruiting team.
  • •Deep functional expertise in at least one Global Operations sub-function (e.g., Customer Support, Trust & Safety).
  • •Proven experience recruiting for global operations, business functions, or non-technical roles at a technology company.
  • •Strong data orientation—able to interpret pipeline metrics, forecast capacity needs, and translate insights into action.
  • •Proficiency with enterprise recruiting/HRIS tools such as Greenhouse, Workday, Gem, or comparable systems.
