Key Responsibilities

  • •Responsible for trade capture, exception management, and routing to downstream systems within SLA turnaround times.
  • •Process and reconcile cash transactions and related journals (expenses, fees, monthly interest, foreign exchange), including cash monitoring, reimbursements, and payments.
  • •Run diagnostics and investigate exceptions; resolve queries and respond to downstream questions in a timely manner.
  • •Support rollout of new products/activities and drive efficiencies via automation and removal of manual processes.
  • •Act as primary contact and backup to the manager for reconciliation/posting queries; maintain controls, handovers, escalation matrix, and audit point implementation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in commerce or finance and strong proficiency in Excel.
  • •3–6 years of fund administration experience.
  • •Excellent knowledge of capital markets and financial instruments.
  • •Excellent accounting knowledge, including accounting principles and accounting/valuations, reconciliation, and trade processing platforms.
  • •Basic knowledge of custody, brokerage, depository, investment accounting, mutual funds, and reconciliations.
