Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic and operational FP&A leadership to the Americas brand executive team to maximize returns and minimize risks.
  • •Serve as primary financial partner to the regional GM support, driving accountability for financial objectives.
  • •Lead financial analytics for brand choices (e.g., wholesale marketplace decisions, new store openings, e-commerce, and marketing investments).
  • •Own pricing and open-to-buy/inventory processes, supporting merchandising through go-to-market and supply/demand planning.
  • •Lead FP&A function: develop operating plans, financial objectives, and metrics for Forecast, Plan, and 3-year Long-Range Planning; produce budgets, dashboards, and quarterly business reviews; mentor the finance team.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience with professional achievements in finance/accounting (Master’s preferred).
  • •Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Economics; CPA a plus.
  • •Deep understanding of business dynamics across wholesale, retail/outlet, digital marketplaces, and owned e-commerce platforms.
  • •Strong analytical and modeling skills to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.
  • •Demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally across countries and influence all levels; GAAP and internal controls knowledge.
