Key Responsibilities

•Portfolio Management: Oversee the operations of all global Cresta offices, ensuring a consistent, high-quality workplace experience while balancing local needs and regional nuances.
•Real Estate Strategy: Lead lease renewals, expansions, and new site acquisitions in partnership with Finance and Legal, ensuring our workplace footprint supports business growth.
•Workplace Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive workplace strategy that aligns physical spaces, employee experience programs, and business needs as the company scales. Lead office build-outs, renovations, and improvement projects from planning through execution, ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget.
•Property Management: Build strong partnerships with property managers, landlords, and service providers to ensure our offices operate efficiently and effectively.
•Workplace Safety & Compliance: Own Cresta's global workplace safety strategy, including emergency preparedness, site-specific safety programs, and regulatory compliance. Partner across the business to ensure workplace safety requirements, accommodations, accessibility considerations, and employee support needs are appropriately addressed across all office locations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years leading global workplace experience, facilities, office operations, employee experience, or related functions, preferably within a high-growth technology environment.
•Bay Area-based presence with onsite work across San Francisco and Sunnyvale three days per week.
•Working knowledge of workplace safety requirements, accommodations, accessibility considerations, and employee support needs.
•Strong executive partnership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate with executives, managers, employees, and external vendors.
•Exceptional project management and negotiation skills, including experience navigating commercial real estate contracts and multi-million dollar budgets.
