Key Responsibilities

  • •Support, troubleshoot, and manage end-user technology to ensure day-to-day operations.
  • •Follow regional IT processes, SLA requirements, standards, and global/regional policies.
  • •Work across ITSM areas to support Change Management and provide incident management for Business Services.
  • •Investigate escalated incidents and deliver resolutions aligned to agreed SLAs.
  • •Provide after-hours 24x7 rotational response for escalated critical incidents, including taking calls or attending the terminal.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 1 year in an end-user computing (EUC) support role.
  • •Desktop and infrastructure support experience with strong troubleshooting skills and tools.
  • •Exposure to ITIL-aligned environments (Incident, Change, Problem) and continuous improvement.
  • •Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow) and after-hours 24/7 support operations.
  • •Hands-on end user administration skills including Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, and Office 365.
