Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide office support including coordinating meetings, typing, filing, telephone coverage, greeting customers, handling mail, and managing office supplies.
  • •Assist management presentations and special projects, administer and monitor local invoices, and disseminate information as needed.
  • •Track and support employee onboarding and required access items (e.g., system access, lockers/mailboxes, uniforms, badges, fingerprinting, training).
