Job Summary

You will join the Devices Chief of Staff team in the Oslo area, shaping strategic direction through data-driven insights and simplifying the operational rhythm across Strategy, Product, and GTM & Sales. Based in Lysaker with hybrid work, you’ll partner with leaders to run business reviews, design offsites, and accelerate growth through AI-enabled processes and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive business reviews for a high-growth global business, keeping cross-functional leaders aligned and ready to act
•Design and lead high-impact offsites and planning events that sharpen focus, spark collaboration, and accelerate growth
•Grow through close coaching from Strategy and Product leaders, with the structure to succeed and the freedom to try new things
•Partner with the Strategy & Analytics team to analyze a rich mix of data, uncover risks and opportunities that shape how we compete and grow
•Translate findings into executive presentations and recommendations that drive real decisions

Key Requirements

•Recent Business School (or Management) graduates with a Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years of experience, or a Master’s degree with 1 year of experience, working with cross-functional teams in a highly dynamic environment - preferably in Management Consulting
•Excellent English (both written and verbal), and able to communicate in a structured and engaging way
•Microsoft Office skills (mostly PowerPoint)
•Able to legally live and work in Norway (without any visa sponsorhip)
