•Manage the full legal lifecycle of delinquent accounts using legal frameworks to maximize collections.
•Oversee end-to-end onboarding of new collection vendors, including background checks and executing final collection contracts.
•Update vendor agreements to align with operational, compliance, or commercial changes and manage collections-specific obligations within partner contracts.
•Conduct internal audits of collections SOPs to ensure alignment with business metrics and support internal/external collections audits.
•Optimize the collections platform on an ongoing basis and apply compliance/regulatory requirements for partners and recovery activities.

Key Requirements

•Good analytics and presentation skills; knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, pivots, PowerPoint, and Google slides is preferable.
