Lead and oversee lot management for project bids in Toulon, coordinating with BID & PROJECT MANAGEMENT, ensuring alignment with schedule, budget, and quality targets. Manage subcontractors, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with safety and French regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a multinational defense group.
