Key Responsibilities

  • •Effectively manage and collaborate with project stakeholders.
  • •Communicate effectively across internal teams to ensure efficient and consistent client delivery.
  • •Analyze and track milestones to avoid schedule slip and ensure governance is applied.
  • •Provide technical support and constructability guidance to owners, architects, GCs, and regional stakeholders.
  • •Produce formal project status reports and monitor multiple construction projects to ensure design standards are applied correctly.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, mechanical engineering, or applicable bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience.
  • •Minimum 5-7 years of relevant project management experience, specifically working with mechanical systems in the built environment.
  • •Strong organizational and management skills – ability to work effectively and collaboratively with the broader team.
  • •Background working in design or construction with a mechanical or BMS controls experience.
  • •Proficiency managing construction documents including BODs, specifications, contract drawings, C/D/E’s, equipment submittals and RFIs; Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, Project, Smartsheets, and other construction PM tools
