Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and execute digital and social media updates for assigned Financial Advisor(s), including website and LinkedIn/X/Facebook updates where applicable.
  • •Coordinate client onboarding activities, including prospect pipeline management, proposal support, new account paperwork, opening accounts, asset transition, and establishing ongoing communication plans.
  • •Organize and coordinate seminars and client events at the direction of Financial Advisor(s), including client list development and presentation/content coordination.
  • •Answer incoming phone calls, manage client needs where possible, advise Financial Advisor(s) on actions taken, and may schedule appointments and conference rooms.
  • •Maintain CRM for Financial Advisor(s) and manage client relationship activities through mailings, reporting, and e-mail tracking; support account servicing transactions and special projects as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of prior industry and/or administrative work experience.
  • •Active Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam, Series 7, and Series 66 or Series 63 and Series 65 licenses (or be willing to study and obtain within 18 months of hire).
  • •Proficiency in Canva and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with ability to learn Baird Private Wealth Management technology platforms.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong organization, prioritization, and attention to accuracy.
  • •Understands compliance regulations and correspondence policies, and maintains client confidentiality.
