Lead daily safety meetings, address safety/environmental concerns, and handle reporting such as daily costs and injection issues. Support supervisors, coordinate projects through startup, and maintain operational procedures and work orders in Maximo.

•Oversee daily CO2 injection operations, including contractor/operator activities; monitor SCADA and troubleshoot operational issues.
•Analyze production performance and surveillance results; investigate variances and optimize ESP operations to maximize production.
•Lead daily safety meetings and promote safety culture; identify, report, and correct safety and environmental concerns.
•Create, track, and report daily costs and injection operational issues; prepare a weekly field performance report for the supervisor.
•Support the production supervisor, help optimize field operations, lead regulatory meetings, and oversee construction projects through startup.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent.
•5+ years of EOR (Enhanced Oil Recovery) experience.
•Strong planning and organization skills.
•Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
•Effective communication and willingness to participate in on-call/carry a company cell phone.
