Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical and operational support to engineering teams across multiple communities to ensure consistent execution of maintenance activities.
  • •Conduct regular property visits, inspections, and operational audits to verify compliance with company standards.
  • •Monitor and troubleshoot critical building systems to maintain performance and uptime, including planning preventive maintenance and deferred projects.
  • •Manage vendor and contractor relationships, review performance and contract compliance, and participate in bid processes.
  • •Support budgeting/forecasting and track maintenance expenses and turnover costs, while reporting key operational metrics to leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of engineering, facilities, or maintenance leadership experience within multifamily, hospitality, commercial real estate, or related industries.
  • •Experience overseeing operations across multiple properties or locations.
  • •Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical systems, elevators, and fire & life safety systems.
