As a Citizens Teller, you greet customers in our lobby, assist with transactions using mobile apps or ATMs, and deliver personalized advice to help customers reach their financial goals. You’ll educate clients on Citizens products, connect them with bankers for next steps, and follow all cash handling and regulatory procedures to ensure accurate, compliant service in a branch setting.
