Key Responsibilities

  • •Work as an Installation Specialist on a 2-person delivery crew, driving a 3.5-tonne vehicle to deliver and install customer products.
  • •Load the lorry with the day’s deliveries in coordination with the warehouse team.
  • •Be an ambassador for the John Lewis brand with great customer service as a top priority.
  • •Install products efficiently and quickly, demonstrating how they work once installed.
  • •Maintain a safe working environment and handle unexpected situations to find the best solution for customers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 29,500 - 41,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience of installation is required; installer accreditation will be provided to top up knowledge.
  • •UK B-Category manual driving licence with no more than 6 points.
  • •Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
  • •Great verbal communication skills over the phone and in person.
