Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
  • •Evaluate customer homes on-site and recommend/sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements.
  • •Train homeowners on how to use their new system to protect their families.
  • •Maintain technical excellence as the primary smart home expert in the field.
  • •Follow a strong safety culture, including performing a safety analysis of each home environment.

Key Requirements
