Employee Life Cycle Associate Manager

Lead and support the Employee Services function by acting as backup to the Employee Services Manager, supervising the Employee Services team, and overseeing work allocation across multiple MAF operating companies. Analyze operational issues, identify gaps, and recommend improvements for smooth processes. Create real-time dashboards, run quality checks via samples and system reports, and conduct weekly stakeholder meetings while coaching the team with timely feedback.
