Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead all aspects of data center construction projects as owner’s representative.
  • •Create and manage master project timeline and budget using critical path and tracking across soft and hard costs.
  • •Coordinate A&E design teams and contractor activities, including pre-qualification, bid solicitation/analysis, permitting/approvals, and constructability reviews.
  • •Provide cost estimates with subs and vendors, coordinate value engineering, and manage cost/change control with delay analysis and recommendations.
  • •Ensure document tracking and project closeout activities, including warranties, as-builts, O&M manuals, punch list, and resolution of outstanding change orders and disputes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university and a minimum of three to five years of related project experience.
  • •Alternatively, seven plus years of related experience without a degree.
  • •Demonstrated ability to oversee vendor compliance to construction agreements and manage project budgets and schedules for complex projects, including hyperscale data centers.
  • •Strong knowledge of MEP construction management with a solid track record managing capital projects.
  • •Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
