Job Summary

Drive optimization of Marketing & Sales procurement across Western Europe by analyzing category spend, identifying opportunities, and developing regional category strategies. Support the Global Category Procurement team and lead regional sourcing initiatives, creating best practices, tools, and processes to improve investment efficiency. Collaborate with global, regional, local stakeholders and procurement teams to deliver measurable efficiencies and ensure the right quality agencies and services.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the Global Category Procurement team in deploying global strategies where applicable.
•Analyze category spend to identify opportunities and sub-categories for optimization.
•Develop regional category strategies within the defined scope.
•Lead regional sourcing initiatives and develop best practices, tools, and processes for efficient investment across regions and markets.
•Collaborate with global, regional, and local stakeholders and procurement teams to deliver efficiencies.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in Marketing & Sales Procurement.
•Proven track record in category strategy development, spend optimization, execution, and project management.
•Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Studies; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
•Fluent English is required; proficiency in other major world languages is an advantage.
•Strong negotiation and contract management skills, plus solid financial acumen for business case development and ROI analysis.
