Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor tax payment due dates and coordinate with third-party tax services for accurate, compliant property tax monitoring.
  • •Manage delinquent tax reports and tax lien sale lists, researching discrepancies and working with borrowers to remediate delinquencies.
  • •Maintain accurate tax records in the system of record and tax platforms, performing reconciliations for investor and regulatory reporting.
  • •Execute monthly and annual escrow analysis, including generating populations, assigning reviews, and validating escrow analysis letters/statements.
  • •Support audits by gathering documentation and providing subject matter expertise across internal, investor, and regulatory audits.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
  • •At least 1 year of experience in financial services.
  • •2+ years of experience in commercial bank operations, loan servicing, risk, compliance, or Government Sponsored Entities (GSE).
  • •Ability to monitor tax payment due dates and manage delinquent tax reports, discrepancies, and tax lien sale lists.
