Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor - Data Center Construction

Serve as the key day-to-day client interface for cost management across a major data center portfolio in Northern Virginia. Based in the Tysons, VA office, you’ll lead estimating, change order negotiations, cost planning, cost checks, valuations, reporting, contingency management, and post-contract variances. You’ll collaborate with design teams and contractors, support value engineering and design optioneering, and mentor junior team members.
