Job Summary

Partner with business lines and third parties to support the Third-Party Risk & Controls program. Manage a portfolio of moderate-risk third-party engagements as the Third-Party Manager (TPM), facilitating onboarding and risk-based refresh/reassessment. Lead inherent risk workshops, coordinate assessments, collect documentation, perform program-level due diligence (including OFAC and prohibited entity checks), and support contract review, signatory authority, and ongoing monitoring via scorecards and SLA tracking.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the TPRC lifecycle for a small/moderate-risk portfolio of third-party relationships.
•Conduct inherent risk questionnaire workshops to determine inherent risk ratings and in-scope risk domains for onboarding due diligence and ongoing monitoring.
•Collect third-party documentation and perform program-level due diligence activities (e.g., OFAC, financial health, prohibited entity checks).
•Coordinate assessments through onboarding and risk-based refresh/reassessment, following up on requests and responding to clarifying questions.
•Confirm legal review and signatory authority for executed contracts and identify SLAs; guide documentation of exit strategies and performance scorecards for monitoring.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of related experience in Vendor Management or a similar field.
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required (Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred).
•Intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, and/or treasury management.
•Intermediate knowledge of regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules, regulations, and industry standards.
•Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with advanced communication skills.
