Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing EUC and client engineering team (~15 technical professionals).
  • •Define and execute enterprise EUC strategy, roadmap, and architecture standards, including endpoint modernization and lifecycle management.
  • •Oversee endpoint management and security platforms (Tanium, Microsoft Intune, and MDM), including compliance, vulnerability remediation, patching, and asset lifecycle.
  • •Lead virtual desktop/workspace services architecture and operational support (Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, VDI) to optimize performance, availability, scalability, and user experience.
  • •Manage ITSM and operational excellence using ServiceNow (incident, problem, change, configuration management) and support payment-processing environments including payment terminals/POS and CenPOS.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •5-8 years of progressive IT infrastructure and endpoint engineering experience.
  • •5+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams in enterprise environments.
  • •Deep expertise with Tanium, Microsoft Intune, MDM, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, enterprise patch management, and ServiceNow.
  • •Experience supporting payment systems (payment terminals and POS environments), plus strong knowledge of Windows endpoint architecture, endpoint security, software deployment, and VDI; PowerShell automation and ITIL knowledge.
