Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle administrative aspects of a portfolio, including file setup on client accounts and preparation of materials for client review meetings.
  • •Order reports for portfolio advisors or clients as requested and communicate on client requests with follow-up.
  • •Coordinate/support risk and compliance requirements, including monthly Compliance (REV) and New Account Review processes and documentation.
  • •Determine whether funds are available for cash transfers and contact the portfolio advisor if cash needs to be raised.
  • •Act as primary contact for smaller relationships, confirm investment objectives, answer less-complex investment questions, and initiate transactions requested by clients as needed.
