Job Summary

Build and evolve a configurable, multi-tenant travel commerce engine that powers Hopper Technology Solutions and helps partner cards drive more competitive offers. You’ll improve backend code for humans and AI agents, own features end-to-end, and architect scalable patterns for new partner experiences. Work with senior engineers in a low-process, trust-driven environment, driving decisions asynchronously with strong documentation while partnering closely with PMs and business stakeholders.

•Identify and execute improvements to the codebase so humans and AI agents can move fast and ship safely.
•Collaborate with senior engineers in a low-process, trust-and-autonomy environment to deliver results.
•Drive asynchronous decisions and consensus using thoughtful documentation and specifications.
•Own features end-to-end, primarily backend, while using AI tooling to work across the stack as needed.
•Architect scalable solutions and foundational patterns to efficiently launch new partner experiences.
