Key Responsibilities

  • •Start at your delivery hub, head out on your route, and act as an ambassador for the John Lewis brand through great customer service.
  • •Load your 7.5-tonne vehicle with the day’s deliveries with the warehouse team.
  • •Respect and handle customer homes appropriately, resolving unexpected situations to find the best solution.
  • •Install products efficiently and quickly, demonstrating how they work once installed.
  • •Maintain a safe working environment while delivering and installing large items.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 31,500 - 42,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Previous installation experience is required (installer accreditation will be provided).
  • •Manual C1 UK driving licence (maximum 6 points).
  • •DCPC (Driver Certificate of Professional Competence) or Driver Qualification Card by the first day in the role.
  • •Tachograph Card and previous experience driving a 7.5-tonne vehicle.
  • •Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with great verbal communication skills and good understanding of technology.
