Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead manufacturing operations to meet or exceed annual profit plans and monthly forecasts, including labor/resource planning and cost management.
  • •Track operational performance indicators and take actions to meet safety, quality, schedule, and cost goals.
  • •Facilitate daily Tier 3 meetings and drive long-term process/metric improvements using the EBS Pull framework.
  • •Provide leadership in Eaton Business System practices, including use and documentation of MESH, ELSS, EQMS, and ProLaunch, and advance OpA maturity.
  • •Build organizational capability of supervisors via coaching, mentoring, and training, and manage operations budget and site capital planning/execution processes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 149,000 - 219,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum five (5) years experience of operations/manufacturing.
  • •Minimum two (2) years leadership experience in a manager of people position.
  • •U.S. person required for access to export-controlled information (U.S. citizen/national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).
  • •No employment immigration sponsorship; also no relocation, and candidates must reside within 50 miles of Los Angeles, CA.
