Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate 24/7 facility operations, ensuring contracted services run effectively, including BMS, HVAC, ventilation (UTA), and general building maintenance.
  • •Maintain critical infrastructure (UPS/SAI, electrical panels, and plumbing) to guarantee operational continuity.
  • •Establish and lead a 24/7 technical emergency response protocol for critical systems, server-room cooling, and security.
  • •Manage 24/7 security protocols, including multi-zone access control and integrated CCTV monitoring with the security provider.
  • •Ensure full compliance with property inspections (including OCA, fire safety, legionella, and elevator safety), oversee vendors, and coordinate moves and planned upgrades.
