Job Summary

Lead the technical aspects of enterprise sales cycles, from RFIs through RFPs/RFQs and participation in customer POCs. Key Responsibilities

•Lead all technical aspects of enterprise sales cycles from RFIs through RFPs/RFQs, including project management and participation in POCs.
•Understand customer technical requirements and translate them into solutions that outperform competitor offerings.
•Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers and partners in close collaboration with sales.
•Position Fortinet solutions remotely or in person, confidently presenting via whiteboarding, technical white papers, and technical plans.
•Maintain accurate customer/prospect activity and technical information in Salesforce while managing multiple deals to ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Requirements

•Have a high aptitude for security technology, including encryption and authentication, with desirable knowledge of network security, intrusion detection, anti-virus, routing, switching, LAN, and WAN.
•Currently or previously worked in a pre-sales engineer role, managing end-to-end technical aspects of deals through technical closure.
•Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and how they impacted key wins.
•Understand and demonstrate the ability to build and maintain customer relationships while communicating technically to external and internal stakeholders.
•Have strong understanding of one or more solutions such as SD-WAN, ZTNA, IAM, Firewall, Switching and Wireless, SecOps, and Cloud Security.
