Key Responsibilities

  • •Support delivery of high-profile, highly complex infrastructure projects and programmes for clients.
  • •Administer NEC3 and NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contracts as part of an ECC Project Manager role.
  • •Manage delivery across the project lifecycle, including project management principles, contract management, financial management, and project controls.
  • •Lead teams and collaborate effectively in challenging, ambiguous environments while building trusted advisory relationships with stakeholders.
  • •Mentor and help develop the next generation of project managers, contributing to planning, communication, and organisation across multiple workstreams.

Key Requirements

  • •NEC3 or NEC4 Accredited Project Manager is essential.
  • •Significant experience of infrastructure project and/or programme management across the project lifecycle, including client objectives, contract management, financial management, and HSEQ.
  • •Significant experience administering NEC3 and NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contracts in a named ECC Project Manager role, or within the last 12 months.
  • •Strong leadership and the ability to develop teams and lead in challenging or ambiguous environments.
  • •Degree or HND in a management, construction, or infrastructure-related subject, or equivalent experience, plus relevant professional affiliation (APM/RICS/ICE or similar).
