Coordinate inbound and outbound air freight shipments within service standards, ensuring accurate documentation (bills of lading, customs declarations, invoices) and timely customs filing. Serve as a primary point of contact for CSO operators with shipment status updates, track milestones, and manage carrier communications. Handle shipping/delivery inquiries, maintain internal system updates and records, and meet region-specific KPIs while mitigating transport risks like delays and penalties.
