Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and coordinate bespoke visit programs for different client profiles and markets.
  • •Build smooth, consistent visit itineraries to ensure an exceptional end-to-end experience.
  • •Prepare visits end to end, including planning, coordination of speakers/participants, reservations, logistics, and administrative follow-up.
  • •Coordinate daily internal teams, external partners, and service providers to ensure flawless execution.
  • •Run visits in real time, manage stakeholder communication, handle issues, and maintain administrative and budget tracking plus planning indicators.
