Key Responsibilities

•Run daily front-of-house and bar operations across all trading periods, maintaining the American diner concept.
•Deputise for the Pavilion F&B Senior Manager and take full charge in their absence.
•Set service pace, standards, and sequence for each shift; lead from the floor during peak trading.
•Supervise, coach, and develop the FOH team; run briefings and set daily targets.
•Drive revenue/spend per head, control cash/POS/stock/beverage cost, and own VIP and protocol event delivery with confidentiality.

Key Requirements

•Strong F&B / restaurant or bar management experience in high-volume, quality-led environments.
•Confident floor leadership and the presence to host VIP and official guests.
•Good commercial control: labour, cash, stock and beverage cost.
•Excellent guest-service instincts and complaint recovery.
•United States citizenship (mandatory for this role), plus a degree/diploma in Hospitality or equivalent experience.
