Job Summary

Provide active support and beauty product advice to customers across makeup, skincare, haircare, and fragrances. Share knowledge on products, beauty trends, and new arrivals while ensuring merchandising standards are followed. Keep the sales floor fully stocked by preparing products for sale, and perform receiving/storage activities in both the warehouse and on the shop floor. This is a part-time role at Sephora’s Geneva corner starting September 2026.

•Perform warehousing and storage of merchandise in the warehouse and on the sales floor.

Key Requirements

•Have initial sales experience, ideally in beauty, cosmetics, retail, or fashion.
•Communicate effectively with customers.
•Have good knowledge of the beauty industry and beauty trends.
•Speak French fluently; basic English is an advantage.
•Be able to support operations on the sales floor and back-of-house (stocking and storage).
