Key Responsibilities

•Support daily operations of the engineering lab and IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking equipment, and related services.
•Monitor server, network, and storage systems, respond to alerts, and assist with incident resolution.
•Investigate and resolve infrastructure issues across operating systems, networking, storage, virtualization, and application layers.
•Automate system provisioning, configuration, and operational tasks using shell scripting, Perl, Python, or Ansible.
•Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on hardware support, RMAs, deliveries, and technical follow-up while collaborating with distributed teams.

Key Requirements

•B.Sc. or BA in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems (or related field) or equivalent practical experience.
•5+ years of hands-on experience in IT/systems administration, supporting infrastructure in a lab environment or data-center facilities.
•Strong Linux/Unix system administration skills, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
•Hands-on experience with physical lab or data-center environments, including servers, networking equipment, cabling, and hardware lifecycle.
•Experience with monitoring tools and responding to infrastructure alerts, plus scripting/automation using shell, Perl, Python, or Ansible.
