Job Summary

Join the Professional Services Analytics team to turn complex operational and enterprise data into clear, actionable insights. You’ll build interactive Tableau dashboards, partner with business and operational teams to translate requirements into analytics solutions, and use SQL, Snowflake, and Salesforce data to discover patterns and measure KPI impact. You’ll also automate reporting, support data pipelines, maintain data accuracy through audits, and collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Use Tableau to create interactive, intuitive, actionable visualizations.
•Partner cross-functionally with business and operational teams to understand requirements and communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
•Develop deep understanding of enterprise data, key datasets, and business drivers/KPIs.
•Wrangle datasets using SQL, Snowflake, and Salesforce to identify patterns, correlate findings, and measure business impact.
•Automate manual reporting, improve dataset quality, support data pipelines, and maintain data accuracy through audits.

Key Requirements

•Strong hands-on knowledge of Tableau, SQL, and Snowflake.
•Good business acumen with the ability to quickly grasp functional concepts and apply them to data and analytics work.
•Familiarity with Tableau Prep Builder and Airflow is a plus.
•Knowledge of Salesforce product and platform features and capabilities.
•Nice to have: knowledge of Python programming language.
