Job Summary

Help consumer and business customers achieve financial goals by retaining and growing relationships. Use a disciplined sales process with pre-set appointments, Centers of Influence, and referrals to identify needs and recommend deposit, loan, and other banking products. Key Responsibilities

•Provide excellent customer service and effectively resolve customer issues.
•Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships using pre-set appointments, Centers of Influence, a disciplined sales process, follow-up programs, and referrals.
•Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build internal partnerships.
•Educate customers on how to optimize their use of bank technology, including online, mobile, and ATM banking.
•Adhere to operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of customer service and sales in banking/financial services or goal-driven retail sales, or business-to-business sales experience (or military service in a related administration/contracting/civil affairs role).
•Ability to maintain knowledge of products, services, technology, and policies.
•Subject to additional background check requirements, including providing fingerprints as required by NMLS regulations.
