Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and optimize paid search (SEA) campaigns across markets, ensuring alignment with global guidelines and local activations.
  • •Define, monitor and report on the SEO-GEO roadmap, driving performance and implementing site optimizations in collaboration with Product, Development, Data and Content teams.
  • •Manage catalog data flows for paid and organic channels, including optimization of product feeds (Google Merchant Center) and performance monitoring.
  • •Coordinate attribution and analytics across paid and organic channels (Display/Social) and maintain central dashboards for performance tracking.
  • •Lead, coach and develop a team of internal and external traffic experts, promoting GEO-specific insights and communicating project progress to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of professional experience in traffic management with hands-on operational campaigns for international ecommerce accounts.
  • •Proven experience managing Paid Search (SEA) and Search Organic (SEO/GEO); ability to define and drive a global roadmap and reporting.
  • •Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • •Experience leading a team of experts (internal and external) and coordinating with local agencies and cross-functional teams.
  • •Proficiency with analytics and tagging/tracking tools (GA4, GTM) and dashboards (Looker Studio) plus familiarity with data platforms (BigQuery) is a plus.
