Key Responsibilities

  • •Support nuclear growth and market development by identifying future opportunities, building stakeholder relationships, and contributing to pursuits and bids.
  • •Lead multidisciplinary teams delivering complex engineering and design programmes from concept and FEED through delivery.
  • •Drive integration across disciplines, project teams, and stakeholders in technically complex, highly regulated environments.
  • •Establish engineering governance and assurance, lead engineering reviews, and challenge scope, cost, programme, and risk assumptions.
  • •Develop nuclear capability through recruitment, development and succession planning, and mentor engineers and project leaders.
