Job Summary

Own KPI governance, operational processes, and PD tool effectiveness for the Footwear & Equipment Product Development organization. Lead development KPI measurement standards, reporting cadences, and escalation paths; translate KPI data into actionable insights; and maintain reliable single-source-of-truth reporting. Drive tool adoption and readiness, manage end-to-end SMS PO and ECN data processes, diagnose root causes when execution gaps arise, and enable continuous improvement across brands and categories.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the governance framework for Product Development KPIs, including measurement standards, reporting cadences, exception protocols, and escalation paths.
•Drive execution discipline across the development cycle by identifying systemic adherence gaps and supporting resolution of issues.
•Continuously improve reporting structures and dashboards with PSE to increase transparency, accuracy, and decision-making speed.
•Own tool adoption, readiness, and sustained optimization of PD tools; define best practices and manage change management for major deployments.
•Own the end-to-end SMS PO process and ECN data management processes, serving as the escalation point for PO discrepancies, coordination issues, and system exceptions.

Key Requirements

•Understanding of product development processes, manufacturing fundamentals, and operational workflows, connecting process detail to business outcomes.
•Proven experience designing or improving governance frameworks, operational processes, or reporting systems (not just running them).
•Analytical rigor working with data to identify patterns and translate insights into action.
•Structured problem-solving to diagnose root causes, design sustainable fixes, and hold the team accountable for execution.
•Minimum 8 years in product development, process engineering, manufacturing, or operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
