Key Responsibilities

  • •Deploy the risk and control framework within assigned solution lines by documenting process-level risks/controls, running RCSAs, and maintaining the control library.
  • •Execute control testing and the quality assurance programme, including sampling, evidence review, and root cause analysis of defects and control failures.
  • •Drive remediation with process owners by agreeing corrective/preventive actions, tracking closure, and validating sustained effectiveness.
  • •Prepare operations teams for internal and external audits/certification evidence packs, mock audits, and auditor walkthroughs for ISO 9001, ISO 27001, SOC 1 / SOC 2.
  • •Define and maintain quality standards, error taxonomy, and QC checklists aligned to enterprise and client requirements; embed control/quality requirements into due diligence and go-live readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant discipline (specific discipline requirements to be confirmed).
  • •Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and ISO 9001 Internal / Lead Auditor; CIA, CISA, or COPC certification preferred.
  • •12+ years of experience, including 8+ years in risk, quality, or audit within GCC / shared services.
  • •Process-level risk assessment and control design/testing experience (RCSA, control walkthroughs, evidence sampling).
  • •Working knowledge of ISO 9001 / ISO 27001 and SOC 1 / SOC 2 requirements, audit evidence standards, and process documentation/SOPs.
