Key Responsibilities

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 40 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing a BA/BS degree with coursework in accounting, finance, data analytics, or risk management, with exposure to internal controls, audit frameworks, or risk concepts.
  • •Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical reasoning to evaluate evidence, identify patterns/anomalies, challenge assumptions, and draw independent conclusions.
  • •Ability to understand and document complex business workflows; translate multi-step processes into process flows, control matrices, and risk assessments (flowcharting tools a plus).
  • •Intermediate experience with at least one data analytics/visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, SQL, Power BI, Python).
  • •Ability to document audit findings and analytical conclusions in writing and present recommendations to senior stakeholders, using generative AI responsibly with human oversight.
