Key Responsibilities

•Deliver dashboards, reports, data sources, and actionable insights based on analyses and experimentation to empower product management in making informed decisions.
•Provide data-driven insights to influence product strategy and outcomes.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization to translate business questions into data solutions.
•Develop and maintain data sources, metrics, and visualizations to support decision-making processes.
•Mentor or guide teammates when able to contribute to analytics initiatives.

Key Requirements

•At least 4 years of experience in a business intelligence or data analytics role.
•Proficiency in SQL. Comfortable with Linux and Git commands.
•Experience using Tableau or other BI tools for reporting and analyses.
•Educational background in statistics, computer science, or related applied sciences; understanding of data science theory.
•Experience leading a small team is a plus.
