You’ll manage timings, on-site logistics, sound setup, team briefing, and customer service, with potential future opportunities in Fever Originals.

Key Responsibilities

•Follow instructions provided by the manager to deliver events.
•Manage and keep to scheduled event timings provided by manager.
•Host event and be the main point of contact for the event.
•Direct, manage, and brief the team to ensure high-quality execution of the event.
•Dealing with customer queries and complaints and manage on-site issues.

Key Requirements

•2+ years event management experience (preferred).
•Keen interest and passion in live music and delivering events (preferred).
•Sound engineering skills (desirable).
•Public speaking (desirable).
•Exceptional customer service (required).
