Key Responsibilities

  • •Run onsite H&S cadence in San Francisco, including inspections, hazard and risk assessments, ergonomics program activities, and follow-through on findings.
  • •Investigate workplace incidents, injuries, and illnesses, and manage occupational health cases through the full lifecycle from report to return-to-work and closure.
  • •Serve as the in-the-room H&S face for SF employees and partners by facilitating the health and safety committee and the emergency response team.
  • •Coordinate and deliver H&S training across US offices and manage H&S vendor relationships (occupational health, ergonomics, training, audit).
  • •Own OSHA recordkeeping for US sites, including the annual 300/300A process, and keep H&S documentation and reporting systems current.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in a hands-on occupational health and safety role operating H&S programs day-to-day.
  • •Strong working knowledge of US federal OSHA and California Title 8 (Cal/OSHA) requirements.
  • •Comfort translating regulatory requirements into clear decisions and pushing back when something isn't safe.
  • •Ability to motivate and engage others to collaborate, take action, and participate in H&S programs.
  • •Experience writing clear SOPs/playbooks and delivering training content; hands-on experience with software tools for incident reporting, risk assessment, and learning management.
