Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end process discovery, mapping, documentation, and optimization across the business ecosystem.
  • •Develop enterprise process maps and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), establishing governance and standards.
  • •Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities, and drive corrective actions via root cause analysis.
  • •Facilitate process workshops and align stakeholders on operational changes across Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Product, Marketing, and Engineering.
  • •Partner with IT to automate business processes and support Salesforce/enterprise application improvements, including evaluating AI and digital workflow technologies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in business process management, business analysis, or operational transformation.
  • •Experience with business process mapping and documentation using Visio, Lucidchart, or similar BPM tools.

  • •Experience evaluating, redesigning, and automating processes with stakeholders across functions.
  • •CRM experience and experience with enterprise technology implementations (including Salesforce).
