Key Responsibilities

•Prepare operational schedules and coordinate manufacturing activities to meet production and quality specifications.
•Evaluate production orders to plan facility operations, improve efficiencies, and reduce scrap.
•Direct production processes and operational functions to performance and safety standards for optimal output.
•Manage departmental manager(s) and oversee overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the facility.
•Recommend capital improvements and develop or revise standard operational and working practices; resolve operational, manufacturing, and delivery problems.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 129,200 - 193,800 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business Management, or equivalent.

•Ability to write and analyze reports and business correspondence.
•Ability to present information and respond effectively in group environments.
